Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!  My favorite day of the year :)  I figured my coworkers would be depending on me for some green treats today so I made a rare appearance in my own kitchen.  I had to get my "Go Irish" in there too- I decided to take it is as a positive sign that the NCAA basketball tourney happens to start on March 17, even if the Irish don't play until tomorrow... a sign is a sign!  (You know I would have them picked to go all the way anyway!)

I hope everyone remembered to wear their green- along with a kelly green blouse, I of course am rockin'- I mean shamrockin'!- my own earrings today, and I'm also wearing my favorite scarf which was one of my very first purchases from Etsy.

And just for fun, here's one more shamrock for you... I purchased this amazing suncatcher a couple weeks ago, although I admit I haven't put it up in my house yet, as I am still trying to figure out the safest place to put it (a.k.a. out of grasp of my pesky kittens). Not that we've had much sun to catch in Seattle recently!!
